Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) grounds answers in your documents. I set up the data pipeline, test answers against real questions, and tune until the bot stops making things up.
Agents that take actions
Agents that look up orders, create tickets or update records through your APIs, with permission limits, confirmation steps and a full log of what they did.
Safe to run in production
Server-side API keys, rate limiting, abuse protection, cost caps and monitoring. I also tell you where AI is the wrong tool.

Which AI models do you use?
OpenAI and Claude APIs, chosen per project for accuracy, cost and data-handling needs.
Will the chatbot make things up?
I ground answers in your own data and instruct the bot to say it does not know. I test it against real customer questions before launch. No system is perfect, so there is a human handoff.
Does it work on Shopify?
Yes. It can be embedded in your storefront and read your products and policies. See also AI for Shopify Stores.
Is my customer data safe?
API keys stay on the server, and I only send the data the bot needs. I will explain exactly what goes to the AI provider before you approve.
